Hana Rock collects personal information (name, address, email, phone) only to process your order and improve your shopping experience. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your payment details. Your data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) with appropriate security measures.

Terms & Conditions

All bags are handmade and unique — slight variations in colour and placement of holds are expected and are part of the charm. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Pre-order items will be shipped within approximately 2 weeks of order placement. We will notify you by email when your order is dispatched.
